Our client, a leading In-house firm is seeking to recruit an Assistant Manager, Corporate Secretarial for their organisation.

Primary Job scope: To provide corporate secretarial support to a portfolio of companies within the Group, Singapore (including listed companies).

Responsibilities:

  • To take charge of a Port-folio of companies within the group
  • Organise board and shareholders\' meetings
  • Prepare board papers and recording of minutes for meetings
  • Draft resolutions and announcements
  • File statutory forms and release announcements to SGX-ST
  • Other Corporate secretarial duties as assigned by HOD

Requirements:
  • ICSA qualified with at least 5 years of experience in corporate secretarial field
  • Experience in handling listed companies will be of an added advantage
  • Resourceful and independent
  • Effective communicator in English
