Job Description


Job Purpose:

Perform loan drawdowns/ rollovers/ repayments transactions, review and draft facility documents, assist on account opening, deposit-related transactions, audit confirmations and other related account servicing and maintenance functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Check and prepare for next-level authorization of loan transactions, facility letters, account operation-related transactions in accordance to internal procedures and external regulatory guidelines.
  • Verify and authorize loan/account maintenance functions like place/remove hold/no-debit on accounts, update address, etc.
  • Prepare loan related reports and participate in UAT activities for system implementation/ enhancement/ migration activities.
  • Monitor and control functions related to loan operations, facility documentation and account operations reports.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum \xe2\x80\x9cA\xe2\x80\x9d levels or diploma holder.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in loan administration and banking operations.
  • Knowledgeable in account opening documentation and KYC procedures.
