URGENT
Location : Pasir Panjang Road
Position : Assistant Manager
Degree - $3,450 per month
Degree in Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Administration, but open to other fields of study.
Mandatory Skills Data Visualisation, Data Analytics.
Contract period : 11 months * temps working for period of 3 months or more are entitled to benefits
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday: 8:30AM to 6:00PM
Friday: 8:30AM to 5:30PM
Job scope:
- Conduct desktop research and landscape scans on manpower news and data.
- Source, consolidate and prepare multiple datasets for analysis.
- Design dashboards to answer policy questions.
- Support data documentation and knowledge management.
- Support administrative work, e.g., procurement of data sources, KPI tracking and reporting etc.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong writing and analytical ability preferred.
- Experience in project and stakeholder management.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Interest in tech, digitalisation and business process improvement.
