Min Qualification : Diploma (> 3 yrs) \xe2\x80\x93 salary ranges from $2,500 - $2,800 per month depending on relevant working experience.
Working hours : Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Thurs : 9.00am \xe2\x80\x93 6.30pm, Fri : 9.00 to 6.00pm with an hour lunch break
Mandatory skills :
competent in using Microsoft Office e.g. Word and Excel. Excel knowledge will be required to manage large volumes of licensing data, records and processes;
good interpersonal, communication and writing skills to engage licensees and members of the public.
Job responsibilities :
To assist with administrative tasks such as checking applications are complete, sending email reminders to licensees, and maintaining digital records. Key tasks would be as follows:
a) Retrieve and digitalise Licence application forms and supporting documents from LicenceOne/GoBusiness Licensing portal;
b) Support licence renewals e.g. guide licensees on submission of updates and renewal applications, coordinate inputs for licence amendments and renewals, generate licence renewal and licence fee payment reminder letters and seek Manager\xe2\x80\x99s approval to send them to licensees, etc.;
c) Liaise with Government agencies as well as internal divisions for inputs on Licence applications;
d) Support tracking of key metrics e.g. monitor and provide updates on outstanding payments, non-renewal of licences and licence KPI statistics for monthly reports;
e) Digital record-keeping e.g. create folders in Sharepoint and upload digitalised application forms and supporting documents, licence renewal reminder letters, licence fee payment reminder letters, and payment acknowledgement letters and licences to the respective folders for record; and
f) Any adhoc duties as assigned.
