Job Description

What the role is:As a member of the secretariat team, you will be involved in reviewing and managing the policies and operations of the Healthcare Professional Boards in regulating healthcare professionals. Specifically, these include the areas of registration of TCM Practitioners, staffing of Boards and professional committee meetings, as well as administrative support to the Boards, including preparation and facilitating the conduct of examinations for TCMPB.What you will be working on:As a member of the secretariat team, you will be involved in reviewing and managing the policies and operations of the Healthcare Professional Boards in regulating healthcare professionals. • Relevant working experience of at least 3 years in administration operations will be an advantage \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good writing and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in spoken and written Chinese (in emails and writing of minutes of meeting) \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess good critical thinking, customer-relationship and information analysis skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint and Words) \xe2\x80\xa2 Meticulous and able to work independently as well as in a team \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated and positive working attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Advantage if applicant has TCM practice knowledge/ experience
