Objective:

  • Plan, develop and execute all digital marketing communication strategies with the objective to drive ST Engineering\'s Land Systems digital presence and overall awareness.
  • Develop & Execute Content Marketing strategies to grow inbound traffic & support corp\'s SEO, Social and SEM initiatives
Responsibilities
  • Work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts within the business, to update existing content, and create new content, to raise awareness and consideration of ST Engineering as a leading player in the international market.
  • Work closely with Corporate to manage the development and maintenance of microsites while building strong relationships with existing vendors.
  • Provide creative ways to stimulate and capture interest of our target market online, collecting contact details of potential new customers, for lead nurturing and generation.
  • Provide creative ideas for content marketing and ensure all content crafted or Ad copies written match the tone & style of ST Engineering, while ensuring it resonates with the audience
  • Analyse and evaluate end-to-end user experiences across multiple channels and customer touch points to influence our digital marketing strategy.
  • Ensure the strategic and tactical use of social media to drive marketing objectives
  • Data Analytics and reporting. Measure digital performance to KPIs and generate reports on performance of campaigns, and marketing channels. Analyse key metrics and drive optimisation and actionable change.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Develop and manage Digital Marketing Communications objectives and performance metrics, providing reporting updates to ensure all recommendations and resulting actions are identified.
  • Keeps up to date with current digital trends and developments and ensure we remain timely and current in our use of digital marketing
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in related discipline.
  • Certification(s) in in related digital marketing disciplines preferred. For example, Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot, Marketing automation solutions etc
  • Minimum five years of working experience in digital or content marketing
  • Native proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strategic thinking skills
  • Good Communication Skills
  • Able to work well in a large complex organisations
  • Experience in B2B or B2G industries.
  • Creative thinker
  • Digital native with strong industry knowledge
