To facilitate the timely and accurate disbursement of grants. To this, the hiree will:
Liaise with care providers to ensure timely and accurate submission of claims
Implement robotic process automation and data analytics to identify errors in claims submitted
Implement checks and additional validation to ensure adherence to payment policy and operating guidelines
Execute work processes to obtain approval to execute payment
Track status of payment by provider and service streams, for onward reporting to Senior Management, and to the Ministry of Health.
To support care providers in the community to access healthcare financing
Administer and disburse healthcare financing to defray the operating expenses of providers, thus ensuring access to affordable and effective treatments in the community
Provide guidance and manage providers\xe2\x80\x99 queries on the subsidy framework
To support the Director to implement process and IT system improvements, so as to strengthen governance and increase productivity
Review work processes for continuous improvement in productivity and governance
Collaborate with IT Division on system enhancements requirements gathering and user acceptance testing
Job Requirements
Degree in accountancy preferred, or any discipline with experience in grant administration and disbursement with at least 4 years of relevant working experience, candidate who possess relevant skillsets maybe considered for the role
Highly analytical and meticulous with a high level of integrity
Proficient in MS Excel and handling of huge datasets
Able to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure
Good team player and willing to embrace and manage change
Experience with Data analytics software and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) would be added advantage
