Job Description


E-Commerce and Digital Support:

  • Support uploading of contents for e-commerce and social media
  • Support launch and implementation of O2O campaigns
  • Implementations of digital marketing campaigns.
  • Create layout, write copy/subject lines, and communicate promotional details for all marketing collaterals
  • Measure results and ROI of traffic generations activities
  • Gather insights and E-Commerce performances
  • Produce reports to analyze the performance of all online marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Responsible to develop contents and manage company\xe2\x80\x99s digital platforms
  • Manage social media interactions
  • Define and lead e- commerce operations including order management, supply chain and customer services
  • Develop detailed project plans and managing all implementation processes
  • Coordinate work with IT team and internal stakeholders by defining project requirements and performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments
  • Coordinate onsite testing; oversees the testing process for CMS system enhancement
Customer Service Support:
  • Steering and manage Customer\xe2\x80\x99s experience both on line and off line.
  • Managing customer\xe2\x80\x99s feedback, complaints and compliment for in-house and CAG portal.
  • Provide support for end-to-end customer journey including on-site, on-line, social media experience and delivery
  • Provide and upkeep service recovery protocol.
  • Effectively supervises the day-to-day operation/activities of the customer service team
Customer Royalty Management
  • Manage and upkeep database
  • Manage activities and campaigns to engage members and increase ATV and basket size.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in relevant business related discipline
  • Proven track records in relevant role and responsibilities
  • At least 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in similar role
  • Strong experience with ecommerce and the ability to drive sales with creative marketing ideas and strategies
  • Strong written and oral English communication skills
  • Excellent customer-service orientation
  • Ability to partner with multi-departments and external stakeholders
  • Problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
  • Good organisational skill
  • Resourceful and maintains a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment
