Responsible for the operation and maintenance of building systems and services.

To involve daily operational needs and requirement for facilities scope of work.
Handle administrative documents
Engage with vendors and contractors for facility and related matters.
Involve in A&A and ad-hoc projects.
Supervision of contractors, security and other assigned works by Facility Senior Manager.
Resolving any tenant\'s complaint and able to communicate well with Tenants.
Handling and taking over of warehouses, offices, including inspection.
Maintain documentation - ERP, TAPA, ISO
Making sure that workplace safety rules & DSV Policy are being followed.
Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by supervisors/superiors in support of operations when necessary.
