We welcome you to join our team as: ASSISTANT MANAGER / MANAGER FAMILY DISPUTE RESOLUTION DIVISION The successful candidate will work with a team of judges and court administrators in the implementation and management of alternative dispute resolution services as well as related services and/or programmes in the Family Justice Courts. The candidate will work with multi-disciplinary teams internally as well as liaise with external agencies such as the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF).What you will be working on:The key responsibilities / duties for this position are: \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide administrative support to Judicial Officers and/or Mediators \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide end-to-end administrative support for cases that come through Registry (including processing court documents before and after each hearing and updating hearing outcomes) \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate and work with internal and external multi-disciplinary experts from strategic partners and external agencies such as the MSF in the holistic management of cases \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide customer service at the Registry in a timely, efficient and professional manner and co-ordinate efforts of the different sections to facilitate a seamless delivery of quality service to the court users \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor incoming correspondence and draft replies or route them to respective Judicial Officers / departments for follow up \xe2\x80\xa2 Update and maintain documents, databases and systems accurately and expeditiously \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle day-to-day system requests and enquiries from government agencies/court users/members of the public \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform the full range of secretarial functions and any other administrative duties assigned \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide suggestions to improve existing workflows as well as to update SOPs within a specific Registry area of work \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in divisional, cross-divisional and whole of judiciary projects, involving digitalisation and transformationWhat we are looking for:

  • At least 2 - 3 years\' relevant working experience \xe2\x80\xa2 IT Savvy and proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) \xe2\x80\xa2 Good written and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Well-organised and meticulous \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactive and be able to work under pressure and independently in a fast-paced environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Discreet and a team player \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in using E-Litigation system will be an advantage The successful candidate will be appointed on a one-year probationary contract in the first instance.
