We welcome you to join our team as: MANAGER, CORPORATE PLANNING STRATEGIC PLANNING AND RESEARCH DIVISION We are looking for a committed and highly motivated individual to be part of the Strategic Planning and Research Division. A central part of the effort to keep the Family Justice Courts (FJC) at the forefront of the administration of justice is the building up of an effective strategic planning and innovation framework for judicial administration, court policy and planning as well as supporting the organisation\'s planning of judicial guidance and mentorship programmes.What you will be working on:The Manager, Corporate Planning will be part of the team who will help to oversee and shape these efforts. The key responsibilities of the selected candidate are: \xe2\x80\xa2 Identifying short and long-term strategic challenges faced by the FJC. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting in providing strategic direction to achieve the FJC\'s corporate objectives and long-terms goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducting research and planning strategies, court policies, judicial guidance and mentorship programmes to realise identified short and long-range strategic thrusts, policies and goals of the FJC. \xe2\x80\xa2 Compiling and collating data from both primary and secondary sources using various data extraction and analytical software. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analysing and visualising this data to identify opportunities, insights and anomalies to support policy and planning work. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinating, monitoring and evaluating the implementation of strategic plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Planning events and programmes for FJC. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performing secretarial duties for meetings. \xe2\x80\xa2 Preparing policy papers to inform senior management on planning and policy issues.What we are looking for:Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 A degree in business/economics/statistics/data analytics/mathematics is preferred. Experience: \xe2\x80\xa2 Candidates with no working experience are welcomed to apply. Attributes / Knowledge: \xe2\x80\xa2 Excels under pressure and thinks systematically. \xe2\x80\xa2 Exhibits confidence and energy, with the ability to facilitate discussions, encourage exploration of issues by others and deliver presentations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Possesses sharp analytical skills and a bent for strategic and innovative thinking. \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrates excellent writing skills with the ability to analyse and present complex data and arguments clearly, concisely and persuasively. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good working knowledge of data analytical software, including but not limited to Excel and Tableau. \xe2\x80\xa2 Well-organised with a keen eye for detail and committed to delivering high-quality work in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent planning skills and a strong ability to coordinate, plan and execute programmes and events. \xe2\x80\xa2 A self-starter with a high level of emotional intelligence. \xe2\x80\xa2 Flexible and able to multi-task. \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated, with a drive to excel and meet challenges. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work independently while also being a team player, across all levels within the organisation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to identify risks and opportunities and is solutions-oriented. The successful candidate will be appointed on a one-year probationary contract in the first instance. Only short-listed candidates will be notified.
