Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and conduct data cleansing activities for on-going ELC stat models operation and other demand-related analytics.

• Support continual improvement in quality of model outputs.

• Collate inputs and provide feedback on ways to improve work processes

• Coordinate special projects as needed
• Automating and enhancing the key reports supporting our SIOP process
• Lead the data and analytics capability to data cloud technology

Implementation of E2E planning, the current role will evolve in terms complexity due to additional data points which can be used to provide additional insights. The additional complexities are introduced by the use of advanced statistical tool and constrained planning capability as well as alerts using machine learning engine which will add complexities to the requirements for reporting and analysis. This is in line with our direction to be analytics driven planning team utilizing the latest technology such as advanced statistical engine, optimizer module and AI/machine learning capability

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field

• Requirement: High interest in preparing data and models to generate high quality forecast

Capabilities:

• Strong analytical background

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple accountabilities simultaneously

• Ability to accurately manage, update, maintain large datasets

• Strong written and oral communication skills

• SAS, R, Python, SQL, Alteryx, SQL and other relevant modelling technologies. Proficient in Office, PowerBI & Tableau applications.
