Assistant Manager (healthcare)
Job Description
:
\xc2\xb7 Assist with filing (e.g. e-filing)
\xc2\xb7 Assist with data compilation, data checks, data entry, data cleaning and verification in Excel and/or in online system.
\xc2\xb7 Assist with drafting and/or proofreading of user guide for online system.
\xc2\xb7 Provide support in other projects, if necessary
Working Arrangement:
Location: Near Outram Park
Salary: $13-15/H
Contract Duration: Imm to March 2024
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 6.00pm
Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Saturdays: Day Off
Lunch: 1 hour
Job Requirements:
\xc2\xb7 A Degree/Diploma in Nutrition, Dietitian, Food Technology, Food Science or related fields
\xc2\xb7 Meticulous and have an eye for details
\xc2\xb7 Had some experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
\xc2\xb7 Knowing how to create videos using Powerpoint is an advantage
\xc2\xb7 Able to commit till end of contract
