Our client is a integrated healthcare company, looking for a HR Assistant Manager specialising in Compensation & Benefits to join their growing team.
Your new role
- Implement Compensation & Benefits programmes and initiatives according to the company\'s policy.
- Support in the project management of end to end processes of planning and implementation of relevant policies and programs.
- Plays an advisory roles to other HR partners on rewards decisions, guideline and policy.
- Provide support in the annual compensation cycle including salary review and increment exercise, bonuses payout and other annual payments.
- Minimum 2 years of Compensation & Benefits experiences.
- Independent and able to work with minimal supervision
- Immediately available candidates would be preferred.
