Job Role
Strategic Planning team to drive and execute the corporate strategic plan, aligning and uniting the Foundation in the pursuit of its vision and mission in an effective and efficient manner.
Jobscope
Strategy
- Support in the setting and review of organisation strategic direction
- Co-Lead in the work plan and budget exercise
- Drive strategic projects incl. scoping, getting buy-in from key stakeholders, budgeting, facilitation, implementation, review, etc.
- Support in the assessment and monitoring of strategic projects in the role of Project Evaluation process gatekeeper
- Take the lead on planning, design, analysis and reporting of patient experience survey
- Support organisation with client insights for decision making
- Collaborate across different internal and external stakeholders for service development and ongoing process improvements
- Proactive in addressing any possible red-flags, take initiative in finding/providing solutions to any issues
- Enhance architecture and processes to better client insights collection and application
- Support internal stakeholders in translating their service objectives into research objectives, agree on critical success factor and develop the most appropriate methodology to provide robust evidence for decision making.
- Support in the setting & review of Corp KPIs
- Monitor and report on KPI performance
- Identify area for improvements and learning
- Degree or equivalent
- at least 5 years of relevant experience is required
