Senior Assistant Manager, Healthcare Systems & OperationsGroup Care Plan OperationsThe Senior/Assistant Manager will assist the reporting officer in the implementation and optimization of healthcare systems, harmonising and streamlining essential workflows and systems designs to enhance care delivery at NUHS. He/She will actively collaborate with stakeholders and work cross-functionally to ensure project objectives are met, timelines adhered to, and deliverables are of high quality.Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Reporting Officer in Project Management Activities:

• Monitor project progress and provide regular project updates, status reports at designated platforms, and escalate issues to the reporting officer.
• Engage stakeholders to follow up on action items.
• Document project activities, decisions, and outcomes.
• Prepare project reports, including progress updates, milestones achieved, and lessons learnt to share at designated platforms.
• Management of Change Requests:

• Provide guidance and liaison between build team and requestor on CRs.
• Track the progress of submitted CRs to ensure implementation by stipulated timeline.
• Department-specific tasks/responsibilities:

• Undertake additional department-specific tasks or responsibilities as assigned on an as-needed basis.

• At least 2 years of experience in a related role, showcasing strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Experience in healthcare sector and knowledge of the EPIC system will be considered an asset.
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in managing projects and overseeing operations.
• Capable of navigating complex settings and adaptive to changing roles and priorities.
• Excellent teamwork along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and team player.
