Assistant Manager (Ambulatory Operations)!





Responsibilities:



Support the planning, development, and implementation of new clinical services. Assist with project management, workflow optimization, and clinical operations in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Work with stakeholders on resource management, budget planning, procurement, and event management. Help translate and communicate the hospital's strategic goals. Foster a collaborative, team-driven environment focused on patient satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree (Healthcare/Administrative preferred). 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or service industry. Strong communication, teamwork, and analytical skills. Proficiency in SAP and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Self-motivated, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset.
