Job Summary
The Assistant Manager - Warehouse and Cold Chain Management is responsible for the operations of the Warehouse. He/She manages the operational policies, standards and procedures, and leads the implementation of warehousing solutions, on-site solutions and processes, and delivering service excellence.
He is also responsible for managing business resources, overall customer service quality and relationships. He facilitates the organisation\'s adoption and implementation of technology to enhance productivity, efficiency and safety of the business.
He is expected to lead and maintain the professionalism and discipline of his department, and make business decisions independently. He is also expected to assess or mitigate security risks and oversee responses to incidents and emergencies.
