Job Description


We are looking for an Assistant HR Manager to support the Head of HR in implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labour laws.

Successful candidate will play a critical role in executing various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, training and development, staff compensation and benefits, as well as supporting the Head of HR to ensure that the organization\xe2\x80\x99s HR functions run efficiently and effectively.

To be successful in this role, you should have a good foundation in Human Resource principles and at least 1 year experience in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation. You should be also be confident and competent to handle large amount of numbers and people.

Key responsibilities include : 1. Assisting Head of HR in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

2. Coordinating recruitment activities for the organization, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

3. Conducting employee orientations and training programs.

4. Managing employee performance and addressing employee relations issues.

5. Maintaining employee records and ensuring that employment practices comply with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Assisting with compensation and benefits administration, including processing payroll and managing benefits enrolment.
