Address guest issues during service according to company procedure, and report to the Manager/General Manager.
Understanding of health and safety requirements and managing employee behavior in accordance with the regulations.
Manpower planning and conduct daily shift briefing.
Manage stock control and inventory.
Detailed knowledge of the full bar menu, and able to give comprehensive descriptions of all products.
A detailed understanding of the wine and spirit list
Ensure that the selection process for applicants is compliant with company procedures.
Responsible for on boarding, training and integration of new starters
Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling and reconciliation procedures in accordance with company policy and any finance related matters.
Comply and implement all health and safety requirements.
To maintain Order of Service standards and check all table settings and food condiments are followed.
To carry out all tasks in a reasonable time frame to ensure the smooth running of the areas
Develop & Conduct training plan and identify area of improvement.
Coordinate needs and requirements with Housekeeping, IT, Front Desk, Culinary, Stewarding, Facilities and Procurement.
Responsible for the management of all aspects of food & beverage functions in In-Room Dining in accordance to the F&B and hotel standards.
Directing, implementing and maintaining a service & leadership philosophy which serves a guide to respective staff.
Able to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Team player and contributes to ensure the smooth operations in the In Room Dining Department
Willing to work on a rotating schedule.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years\' experience in an integrated resort, restaurant group, private club or luxury hotel chain.
Possess a comprehensive set of F&B service and operations skills and a focus on VIP customer service.
Enjoys problem solving and can think outside-the-box in difficult situations.
Team oriented approach to management with a mindset of open communications.
Capable of building and managing relationships with multiple departments as well as key customers.
Administration knowledge of F&B operations and Quality management, proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Have a well-groomed, professional appearance.
