Lead & manage the team to deliver KPIs with strong focus on digitalization & customer-orientation
Measurement & management of team\xe2\x80\x99s operations and be a Subject matter expert in all matters processed by the respective teams
Daily supervision on teams \xe2\x80\x93 Frontend, backend & retention, ensuring SLAs/ TATS are met
Review/ track daily production metrics, oversee staffing including leave planning and staffing etc.
Manages workload of team, allocate work assignments and is responsible for developing team members to meet objectives/ KPIs and ensure quality assurance
Manages effective communication as escalation point for issue resolution & customer-impacting escalations for both internal & external stakeholders within a defined product area of responsibility

Assist to develop the Customer Journey initiatives
Handle Renewal Enquiries as well as process renewals and insurance Extensions
Evaluate processes and eliminate unnecessary procedures/ data entry to improve efficiency by leveraging on technology.
Continuous collaboration & improvements with insurers to bridge the gap between internal & external systems to reduce turnaround time
Enhance Salesforce to enable quicker matching of SOA as well as commission payments.
Ensure accuracy of information provided to Underwriters and also in data entry
Analyze business results on regular basis, propose & execute effective action plans
Ensure compliance to professional standards & policies set by the Insurance regulatory
Manage Trade Specific Agents registrations/ queries/renewals/trainings
Regular meetings with insurers on operational improvements and portfolio trends
Monitor Call Centre(s) effectiveness on renewals conquests and retention
Acts as liaison between underwriters & company in insurance matters
Coordinate between underwriters and clients in insurance matters i.e. assist in transcript and communicating motor insurance coverage to client and support operating units
Preparation of monthly reports, MOR reports & ad-hoc reports for management as requested
Handle administrative requirements stipulated by GIA for agency matters
Job Requirements:
Degree in Business Management or equivalent
At least 5 years of motor insurance experience with CGI Certification
Good leadership and people managing skills
Ability to multi-task in a team environment while able to work independently
Ability to solve complex problems within tight deadlines
Good negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills
Good analytical and time management skills
Meticulous, organised and possess initiative
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office
