Assistant Manager, Business Analyst - (220000BM)
Description

You will be part of the System Support team within Distribution Middle Office (DMO) and reports to the Team Manager. This role requires potential candidate to be a team lead to support our diversified distribution channels and multiple line of businesses. You are also responsible for the overall advisor and customer journey for web and mobile solutions to meet advisors, customers and business needs.

• Responsible for overall advisor and customer journey for all web and mobile applications used by distribution channels
• Provide business requirement, review business specification, develop and execute test plan, co-ordinate all implementation activities and conduct post deployment verification
• Develop appropriate documentation including user guide and FAQs for advisors, conduct training, provide support to advisor’s enquiry, track production issues, analyse issues and propose solutions
• Ensure user requirements are effectively and accurately communicated to IT Department
• Continuously assess the relevance of advisor, customer and business needs
• Any other projects or tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• Experience in software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall
• Experience in insurance sales will be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Highly organized, focused and able to work under tight timelines and pressure
• Independent, self-driven and results-oriented
• Analytical and strong problem-solving skills
• Willing to challenge status quo and take risks
• Team player
