What you will be working on
As a member of Regional Health Systems and Community Engagement (West) team, you will play a key role in the implementation of health-related programme(s) engaging lower income segments, including liaison with partners for ground logistics and outreach, administration and management of data collection and data reports, and production and distribution of marketing collaterals. You will also be supporting and coordinating ground implementation of new pilots under the Healthy Community Ecosystem (HCE) initiatives and Healthier SG initiatives.
What we are looking for
What an ideal candidate looks like An ideal candidate will be a dynamic and self-motivated individual with at least 3 years of working experience in business development, account management and collaborations across multiple stakeholders. Experience in workplace health promotion will be an added advantage. The candidate should also possess: - Strong collaborative and partnership building skills; confident to work with corporate partners and to build relationships with stakeholders. - Ability to work cohesively in fast-paced teams and navigate challenging, ambiguous situations in a positive manner. - Work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong result-orientation and enjoys challenges. - Strong ability to distil and communicate concepts in a concise and coherent manner (written and oral) - Proficient in use of MS excel. The individual should also be able to; - Adapt and independently navigate through systems and processes - Be confident in working with both public and community partner - Multi-task, handle project peaks and tight deadlines - Demonstrate strong team work; and - Work well in matrix and highly dynamic teams
