Manage internal communications framework and structure
Handle internal communications strategy to ensure that organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to employees and stakeholders
Ensure internal communications messages are consistent across all mediums and for different divisions of the organisation
Conduct social media listening to monitor sentiments towards AIC and the Community Care sector
Develop and execute quantitative surveys to track brand and sector awareness, and effectiveness of AIC-led campaigns
Analyse data and produce reports on campaign performance and brand/ sector awareness tracking
Job Requirements
Job requirements:
Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing or related course
At least 5 years of recent experience in marketing and PR, preferably in public sector
Possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including the use of PivotTable
Understanding of social media listening tools and Google Analytics is a plus
Possess good communication, persuasion and people management skills, results-oriented, self-motivated, driven and resourceful
Good project management skills, meticulous and attentive to details
