To quote any risks within underwriting guidelines To review all renewal policies & to recommend new cover (if any) and to improve cover if necessary To review coverage and rates for unfavourable loss ratio clients, and to take necessary measures together with Claim division timely when needed To follow-up on all renewals to ensure policies are being renewed To co-ordinate with internal divisions on documents, claims and any other matters To attend to all client's enquiry & complaints To assist & attend to queries from the subordinates on administrative issues To assist in premium collection within 60days premium warranty period To prepare reports for Marketing committee meeting To ensure that all documentations comply with the COP standards To take care of IT related issues when needed Proper instruction and training to officers and admin assistants Any other Marketing duties assigned by managers and above To assist HOD in management matters EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Diploma or Degree of equivalent This position is to provide and handle insurance products and therefore Insurance certification is mandatory such as BCP, ComGI, PGI & HI. Minimum 10 years working experience in the general insurance industry
