1. Collating and checking claim documents (trainees' onboarding particulars, stipend, training fees, Cost of Living Allowance (COLA) and airfare) against approved project parameters.
2. Liaising with IMG, Finance and companies for the processing of claims for TeSA projects.
3. Tracing and contacting CLT/TIPP trainees to validate their employment status and other information (e.g. trainees may leave the CLT companies after completion of the CLT project, in cases where the CLT companies are (over) training for the industry)
4. Checking and cleaning new incoming data on CLT/TIPP projects, so that there is data integrity in the division's statistical reporting.
5. Validating hyperlinks to job opportunities with CLT partners and programmes from other agencies (such as WSG's CCP programme), as these links might be broken when external partners revise their webpages.
6. Preparing other administrative documents (e.g. consolidation of applicants profile, portfolio for potential media profiling of TeSA trainees).
Job Requirements
1. Possesses good project management and organisational skills.
2. Meticulous and proficient in managing data for business/programme analytics
3. Familiar with MS Office software eg. ppt, word doc and excel, etc
4. Dynamic, self-motivated and result-oriented team player
5. Writes well and has good verbal communication skills
Working Arrangement: Mon to Thurs 8.30am to 6pm; Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
Contract Period: 11 months
Salary: $3,450/month
