Job Description


We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion in customer experience and a keen interest in spearheading the ops-digital transformation efforts at Changi Airport Group (CAG). You are required to be inquisitive in elevating passenger experience by driving the development of our operations products and services and transforming our airport experience and bringing customer experience to greater heights.

A business mind and proven ability in product management that drive key business strategy. You will be required to work and manage the functional and development teams, internal and external, through the phases in product development and lifecycle management.

Job Responsibility

  • Perform products/ services design and implementation that drives an intimate, interactive and intuitive high-touch Changi Experience for our customers. Manage the product roadmap throughout stages of a product\'s life cycle.
  • Conduct research and analysis to uncover market demand and trends in order to innovate and conceptualise potential products or features. This includes scoping business requirements, write user stories and prioritise product backlog in collaboration with partners.
  • Coordinate and work with various tech and business teams to optimise and improve processes and overall approach where necessary. Work with user experience teams to record reference user journeys as well as content voice and copy to craft the product experience.
  • Managing project progress and adapting to changes as required. This includes managing project costs, including procurement activities.
  • Lead and manage tender process (eg design, submission and review) where necessary
  • Lead and manage in internal data protection risk assessments and developing risk mitigation plans
  • Working with product owners to conducting project reviews and creating reports for management reviews
Job requirements:
  • Degree in Business / Data Analytics / Economics / Information Technology or a related field preferred
  • Have at least three (3) years of experience in digital product management or digital project management experience. Familiarity in modern Internet technologies and practices such as Agile development methodologies, Cloud application infrastructure, and REST API technology
  • Knowledge of modern digital concepts around digital identity (sovereign or self-sovereign), data privacy and protection, and two-sided market model
  • Strong organisation and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record in managing medium to large-scale digital project deliveries
  • Confidence in managing ambiguity and ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic and fast paced environment, and the ability to put across sophisticated concepts simply and in an understandable manner
  • Results focus and customer centric
  • Proven leadership track record, possessed good people management skills, and a good team player that is resourceful and able to work independently.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and storytelling skills, and able to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences
