We are looking for a motivated individual with a passion in customer experience and a keen interest in spearheading the ops-digital transformation efforts at Changi Airport Group (CAG). You are required to be inquisitive in elevating passenger experience by driving the development of our operations products and services and transforming our airport experience and bringing customer experience to greater heights.
A business mind and proven ability in product management that drive key business strategy. You will be required to work and manage the functional and development teams, internal and external, through the phases in product development and lifecycle management.
