We work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify painpoints, implement solutions, manage performance standards and support terminal operations. The role will provide you exposure to develop skills such as project management, policy formulation, digitisation, and data analytics to improve service quality, ensuring that we continues to be the world\'s most awarded airport.

We are looking for a someone with an interest in Operations and Technology, with a proven leadership track record to join our team.

  • You will work with the Team Lead to develop and oversee the execution of policies.
  • You will be working with multiple stakeholders, both internal and external, to drive and shape desired policy and operational outcomes.
  • You will be working with fellow enthusiasts in the team to design and perform comprehensive data analysis to monitor business performance, interpret trends, and generate actionable insights that drive operations optimisation and improve passenger experience.
  • You will also be part of the team in operations technology designed to research, develop, experiment and implement systems and solutions to improve the way we manage operations in a world class airport.
  • You will be run operational trials on ground to validate proposed solutions and drive iterations to operational and system improvement works.
  • You will manage feedback related to the portfolios that you are responsible for
Requirements:
  • Good Degree in any discipline
  • Proven leadership track record
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and storytelling skills
  • Strong people management skills
  • Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Enjoys problem-solving and challenging the status quo
  • Proficiency in data visualization & business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, MS office Excel and Powerpoint)
  • Relevant working experience will be advantageous
