Job Description


What the role is:The candidate will be part of a planning team to work on the following key tasks and other tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor(s). The job role reports to a Director.What you will be working on:

  • Coordinate ACRA\'s corporate planning, including working with senior management and heads of department to advance and align the execution of ACRA\'s key policies and strategies, and track overall corporate performance for reporting to the Board \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct research and analysis of emerging trends/opportunities to shape ACRA\'s policies and plans \xe2\x80\xa2 Initiate, scope, manage and track high-impact projects that involve inter-agency/inter-departmental collaboration \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop content, narratives and programming to engage internal and external audiences on strategic transformation and innovation \xe2\x80\xa2 Strengthen ACRA\'s risk management framework including identifying potential threats, developing mitigating strategies, and designing appropriate controls \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide secretariat support (and/or lead a team to do so) for key decision-making platforms e.g. at ACRA Board, ACRA Senior Management Meetings
What we are looking for:
  • 1-3 years of relevant working experience i.e. in corporate/strategic planning work. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply. \xe2\x80\xa2 Positive and resilient individual who enjoys challenging work that is not limited to rigid scope \xe2\x80\xa2 Resourceful and proactive to make things happen and get things done \xe2\x80\xa2 Good time management to meet deadlines \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work both independently and as a team Competencies \xe2\x80\xa2 Good analytical skills (i.e. able to translate broad concepts into specific policies and sieve out key issues of relevance) and strong conceptual ability (e.g. able to synthesise a broad range of information into an integrated framework) \xe2\x80\xa2 Good writing and communication skills and quick to grasp and synthesise technical concepts to facilitate multi-disciplinary projects involving accounting, legal, operational and/or tech professionals \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to lead / guide cross-departmental teams to achieve set targets \xe2\x80\xa2 Competence in organisational development and project management will be an advantage
