JOB SCOPE

We are looking for an Assistant Manager and a Manager to provide excellent support to our Leadership Team, build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. You will furnish our Leadership Team, as well as customers, with above-and-beyond service to ensure a memorable and genuine experience. The goal is to sponsor a helpful image by honoring requests and to achieve high levels of satisfaction and engagement.

To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator. You are passionate, detail-oriented and self-motivated and able to work without any pressure. Must have good knowledge of guest service, always focused and a good team player. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills. You should understand the Executives and customers\' needs and develop plans to address them.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level professional administrative support, oversee the daily operations of the Executive Office
  • Coordinate all aspects of corporate travel arrangements; flight and accommodation booking, develop Agenda
  • Coordinate all aspects of the Corporate Leadership Team Business Visit; travel arrangements, meeting room booking and set-up, hotel stay and meals arrangements, develop Agenda.
  • Manage hotel reservations referred by the Executives and Corporate Office (Las Vegas and Macau), to serve as the guest\'s primary contact at pre, during and post-stay.
  • Coordinate and work with respective department stakeholders to oversee and execute special projects such Townhall, recognition events (One MBS Achievers Awards, Sands Cares activities etc.).
  • Perform any other tasks and projects as assigned. (E.g. Property Tour, Special Projects such as Townhall)
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and project the Company\'s professional reputation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Experience
  • Minimum three years solid experience in similar capacity or relevant experience.
Required Knowledge
  • Degree / Diploma in Communications, Hospitality, Tourism or equivalent preferred
  • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Internet Explorer.

  • Possess excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
  • Able to work independently, meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • Responsible, accountable and discreet with sensitive / confidential information.
  • Possess a positive work attitude: committed, enthusiastic, outgoing, and helpful; be willing to learn, to participate and to assist others.
  • Be able to work under pressure in a fast moving environment.
  • Possess well groomed, professional appearance at all times.
