What the role is:The incumbent will join the Finance team at NAC, providing financial insights for organisational strategies and implement policies and procedures for finance and accounting activities.What you may be working onManage accounting operations including payment processing, revenue and receipt, fixed asset management and reportingEvaluate procurement requestsContribute to timely month-end closing and prepare financial schedulesCompile and submit ad-hoc returns to government entitiesIdentify and propose process improvementsAdvise internal stakeholders on budgeting and compliance with financial regulationsSupport system enhancements and policy reviewsUndertake ad-hoc projects as assignedWhat we are looking forKnowledge of Statutory Board Financial Reporting Standards (SB-FRS) preferredProficiency in data analysis, financial management, reporting and stakeholder engagementStrong attention to detail and ability to handle large datasetsExcellent multitasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlinesAnalytical, resourceful, and proactive, results-oriented team player with strong customer focusPositive attitude towards continuous learningFresh graduates are welcome to applyApplicants who require work passes need not applyAbout National Arts Council:The National Arts Council champions the arts in Singapore.
