Act as the primary contact of institutional clients for day to day servicing.
Proactively manage, co-ordinate and oversee all activities affecting the client\xe2\x80\x99s portfolio. This will include both the investment and operational aspects of the portfolio.
Participate in regular service review including face-to-face activities as required.
Generate and prepare regular reports based on client\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
Manage client on-/off boarding and accounts related accordingly to internal and regulatory requirements.
Cross sell firm\xe2\x80\x99s products and services.
Pre-Requisites
Minimum of 2 years of working experience managing institutional clients.
Demonstrate maturity and confidence, with strong customer service orientation, adaptability, and resilience in managing different situations and diverse personalities.
Meticulous and detailed-orientated
Able to work independently , multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
Recognised degree.
Possesses CMFAS Module 3 and 5 or willing to take.
Good working knowledge of financial products.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both internal and external stakeholders.
Willing to work outside of normal working hours as required due to business needs.
Proficient in MS Word, MS excel and MS PowerPoint.
