• You will be part of Marketing & Communications, Singapore team, and provide marketing support to the business units in Certis Singapore market
• Ideate and implement marketing initiatives that help drive the sales, business and operational needs for both the B2B and B2C business functions
• Strategize integrated marketing campaigns for all objectives down the marketing funnel (from awareness of services to building brand love to lead-generation) across a variety of channels, with a focus on TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram
• Stay up-to-date with current trends and conceptualise strategies to run effective integrated marketing campaigns
• Develop thought leadership content, videos and customer case studies
• Work collaboratively with assigned business units/departments as the subject matter expert to their internal/external marketing needs and provide them with marketing counsel
• Responsible for governing our brand and reputation by addressing feedback from members of public, reviewing case investigations and responding to public feedback cases
• Play a key role in managing the annual customer satisfaction survey by coordinating with different business units to gather customer feedback, assist in the market research process and consolidate reports

Skills & Experience

• Degree in Marketing / Communications / Business or any other related discipline with a keen interest in B2B marketing
• At least 2 years of marketing experience
• Entry level candidates who are keen are welcome to apply as well
• A creative and digitally savvy marketer with an up-to-date knowledge of social media platforms and digital channels
• Have an eye for good aesthetics with the ability to shoot and edit photos and simple videos
• Experience in managing and getting best value from marketing agencies / vendors
• Ability to create simple designs for marketing materials like posters, eDMs. Basic Photoshop / Illustrator skills will be an added advantage (but not requisite)
• Must possess an impeccable command of the English language to craft highly effective communication
• Strong project management skills, capable of coordinating resources to plan for photo, videoshoots and other marketing activities
• Highly motivated team player with an infectious positivity and passion for marketing
• Able to handle multiple projects efficiently under pressure with savvy acumen to manage time, costs, deadlines and impact
