Job Description

Job Responsibilities:





Set up process for day-to-day marketing operation Formulate marketing strategies and implement campaigns and events to drive higher traffic and increase tenant sales, including post campaigns review Plan and gather tenants' participation for joint collaborations event Liaise with advertising agencies, contractors, event companies to assist in campaigns and marketing collaterals Work closely with Leasing department in the leasing of concourse space, pushcart, and advertisement space Develop presence in social media platforms and integrate marketing events or promotion online Keep abreast with the latest marketing technologies and trends to uncover new marketing opportunities Monitor expenses and adhere to budget allocation Makes recommendations on best practices within chain Proactively monitor campaign ROIs, derive actionable insights and take prompt actions to conduct A/B testing and optimize marketing performance



Job Requirements:



Diploma/ Degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or relevant field Min 3 years of experience in similar position, preferably with experience in retail environment Experience in organizing campaigns and events Strong marketing, communications and brand management skills, with proven interest in marketing-related fields Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems * Clear communicator and presenter with excellent written and verbal communication skills
