Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reports to and Assist Marketing Manager
- Maintain good relations with current clients
- Reaching out to future & potential clients
- Prequalification assistance and submission
- Communicates internally and externally on pre-qualification responses matters.
- Assists Proposal Department on project tender work
- Keeping track of prequalification submission
- Prepares PowerPoint Presentation
- Yard visit coordination, appointment and arrangement
- Responsibles on all marketing document filing
- Assists and support Marketing & Commercial team with all their work related needs
- Bachelor\'s degree or Diploma in Engineering (Preferably Marine/ Mechatronic/ Electrical and Electronic Engineering)
- Minimum 3 Years in Marine Engineering or Engineering Experience
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Able to motivate in a challenging work environment
- Good in planning, organizing, interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Good command of English is a prerequisite.
- Able to travel for business trips.
