Ensure proper execution, tracking and following up of performance. Establish metrices and tracking tools to constantly evaluate and adjust campaigns on digital and be on top of new and emerging marketing channels for our business. The role plays a key part in product development and delivery from the product concept and communications strategy through to market delivery. The role also supports all broader B2B marketing initiatives from strategic and tactical offers to market, added value propositions to sales incentive launchesKey Responsibilities Develop strategic innovative 360 marketing solutions to launch new products and propositions. Ensure proper execution, tracking and following up of performance. Establish metrices and tracking tools to constantly evaluate and adjust campaigns on digital and be on top of new and emerging marketing channels for our business. Use data, insights and performance marketing metrices to ensure marketing solutions and campaigns are properly pitched and targeted. Establish overall marketing calendar for all product lines and customer TAs under the team and map it with campaigns and outcomes. Empower team and work collaboratively with fellow leads, to ensure they learn and understand who our customer TAs are, have a customer-centric mindset and develop solutions based on the customer first, their needs, what they consume and how they consume and where they consume content. Work collaboratively with the Content Creation Team, briefing them on solutions required for content and working collaboratively with performance marketing to plan and optimize campaigns to hit objectives. Work with Brand/Comms and PR where necessary to amplify earned media opportunities to bolster the business and sales.Experience 5 to 8 years' experience, track record in account management and servicing, and helping clients achieve marketing outcomes. Proven account management experience required. Financial Industry experience an advantage. Good understanding of Individual Life & Health and Group products. Digital marketing qualifications or trained.
