Job Description

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic review on key suppliers\' performance standards.
• Oversee the entire operation in Special Project & Defence Logistics.
• Manage operation effectiveness, within limited resources.
• Manage contractor performance including sourcing for new emerging capable contractor.
• Support to Business Development operations requirements.
• Other duties as delegated by the Director/Senior Manager for time to time.

Requirements

• Reject any vendors not conforming to specification of invoices not in line with quotation
• Certificate with Transport Logistics are added advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience, ideally with team management experience
• Knowledge of Import/Export Documentation; Tradenet; Customs & Excise
• Good understanding of carriers and contractors.
• Experiences with shipping procedure.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Self-motivated, Customer oriented, High endurance, Able to work under pressure
