You will be in the Operations department, performing the logistics and supply chain tasks to support our retail store and online store. Responsibilities include:
- Monitor and fulfill online orders
- Pick and pack rugs orders at warehouse
- Coordinate with drivers, couriers and third-party logistics providers for incoming shipments and outgoing deliveries
- Coordinate with sales team and clients on delivery and installation scheduling
- Supplier management. Coordinate with global suppliers on orders, conduct QC
- Conduct regular inventory checks and keep inventory records in order in online store and internal systems
- Manage and organise warehouse
- Prepare reports on inventory, shipping, costing, quality control and other operational reports
- Facilitate exchanges and returns
