Hiring for Assistant Manager, Organization Development
Location: Kent Ridge
Working day: Monday to Friday
Salary: up to $4800
Responsibilities
You will lead a team to support the organization in the design, implementation and review of organization and leadership development initiatives, such as implementation of cluster-wide Employee Engagement Survey, mentoring and coaching initiatives.
You will facilitate the set-up and review of competency models as well as coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement capability building and engagement programmes.
You will also lead and participate in Strategic HR projects supporting organisational development, for e.g. HR Communities of Practice, HR Practice Leaders Network and identify areas for HR training.
You will design and roll-out communication materials and resource portals to support competency building initiatives within the organization
As the team lead, you will lead in process improvements, and design, implementation and implementation of new developmental initiatives across the organization
Requirements
Graduated with a Degree preferably in Human Resource or Organisation Development
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in Human Resource, learning and organisation development
Excellent communication and writing skills with good command of English
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to connect and engage at all levels
Analytical, result-focused and meticulous
Positive and self-motivated team player with strong problem solving skills
Prior experience in facilitation, stand-up training and curriculum development will be preferred
Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19
