Job Description



: Location: Jurong East Industry: German MNC – Automotive Manufacturing Working hours: 9am – 6pm (Mon-Fri) Salary: Up to $7,000.00 This is a Permanent position.

  • Developing yearly planning and target for parts business for individual markets
  • Formulating business strategies for individual markets in support of operative planning
  • Reviewing and determining yearly Target Agreement for parts and qualitative targets for individual markets
  • Carrying out market assessment on fulfilment of agreed targets
  • Developing parts and service marketing strategies to support business goals
  • Conducting parts sales activities to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Visiting dealer/GDs/stockist/fleet operators/MPCs and ensuring the increased sales of genuine parts to them
  • Planning and strategizing dealer/GDs and stockist network to ensure business coverage.
  • Supporting other departments in vehicle tender submissions relating to parts issues
  • Carrying out periodic review of performance with dealer/GDs, stockists and MPCs.
  • Liaising and coordinating with the Regional Logistic Center and other departments and suppliers to ensure that customer orders are expeditiously processed and delivered in accordance with customers’ requirements
  • Planning and conducting regular market studies and price analysis and assist in parts pricing formulation
  • Developing parts policies and price structures to ensure competitiveness against parallel imports, OEMS and replacement parts
  • Providing analysis on a regular and timely basis the information pertaining to parts sales to Management
  • Coordinating Due Diligence and Compliance matters pertaining to Business Partners
  • And any other suitable tasks assigned.
Requirements
  • Tertiary Education in Engineering, Business Management or comparable qualification
  • At least 3 years of experience in aftersales operations management e.g. parts sales, workshop management
  • Meticulous, analytical and detailed at work
  • Highly organised and ability to prioritise tasks and activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and oral with cross cultural competence
  • Good time management skills
  • Highly motivated and organized individual with great analytical skills
  • Highly proficient in MS Excel, Powerpoint and Word
