Summary

The role will be responsible for regional HR systems rollout and will work closely with People Partners and People Excellence team. This position will be the focal point for supporting HRIS platforms and initiatives linked to the company\xe2\x80\x99s digital roadmap.

This role will be the custodian of several HR systems, the key ones being payroll platforms and Employee Central (incl. SAP SuccessFactors and the various connected modules). The incumbent shall be involved in planning, designing, and implementing system projects as well as supporting all HRIS related systems in matters relating to system integrations, issue resolution, change requests, BAU requests (e.g., mass changes) and testing. As a self-driven individual who is resourceful and analytical, you are expected to take ownership of HR systems across the region.

Responsibilities

Regional HRIS Strategy Deployment:

  • Lead the implementation of HR technology solutions, ensuring that they are aligned with business needs and strategic goals
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and address digital transformation needs, including those related to HR system/process gaps and opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including those related to data privacy and security
  • Develop and align strategies to encourage user adoption of new HR systems and processes. Manage the change management process, ensuring that employees are prepared for and supportive of new processes and systems
  • Measure the success of HR technology initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement
  • Manage the budget for HR systems and technology, including tracking expenses and making recommendations for improvements
Project Management:
  • Collaborate with global team (incl. Digital Transformation & Efficiency Department and Digital Global Unit Department) to deploy strategic projects
  • Understand local users\' demands and translate them into technical specifications, such as the need for a new feature or the need for a change to a process
  • Communicate technical specifications to system owners in headquarters, such as the requirements for a new system or the changes that need to be made to an existing system
  • Lead end-to-end project cycle activities, from planning and scoping to execution and testing
  • Manage data interfaces and integrations, ensuring that data is accurate and secure
  • Drive change management activities, ensuring that employees are prepared for and supportive of new processes and systems
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting issues and ensuring that the system is running smoothly
Business Process & Data Management:
  • Review existing systems and process inefficiencies to propose process changes or tools to improve, such as automating manual tasks, implementing new technologies, and streamlining processes
  • Maintain and support existing HR systems, including monitoring system performance, troubleshooting system issues, making necessary changes to the system
  • Provide support to users. Resolve system issues and complaints, such as user errors, system outages, and data corruption
  • Work with Data Analytics team to ensure data are compliant, complete, timely, and accurate
  • Organize, approve, and authenticate access to HR data, ensuring that it is secure and accessible to authorized users only
Requirements
  • Bachelor\'s degree in HR, Information Technology, Business or similar discipline
  • Minimum 5+ years on HRIS in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of key HR processes and practices, from both technical and client points of view, to ensure the HRIS meets organizational needs and goals
  • Knowledge of HRIS Infrastructure / Processes / Security methodologies
  • Strong project management, vendor management, business analysis and problem-solving skills with proven ability to deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced business environment
  • Able to collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate such needs into technical process and configuration requirements
  • Strong problem solving/analytical skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
