Establish strong rapport with primary care service providers to strengthen the administration of the existing primary care model and to gather insights for development and implementation of new initiatives
Support the administration of the existing primary care model, including but not limited to managing funding and monitoring of project KPIs
Support data management and analysis on ancillary services, including but not limited to collation of data from different internal stakeholders and maintaining timely and accurate databases.
Support the development of the primary care ancillary services sector, including but not limited to the development of training initiatives, standard operating procedures and new models of care
Assist in the implementation of publicity plans and initiatives through various platforms to encourage adoption and utilisation of ancillary services
Assist with other tasks that arise from the development of new initiatives
Job Requirements
Degree in any discipline (preferably in science/biomedical science/allied health disciplines)
Prior experience in healthcare, project management or operations in primary care or hospital is desirable
Possess a high level of adaptability and learning agility in a dynamic environment
Experienced in working with diverse groups of people in an organisation
Possess strong organizational skills in communication, time management, analytics and problem-solving and interpersonal skills
