Senior/assistant Director, Primary Care Network

Job Description
Lead team to partner the Primary Care Network Council and MOH to drive capability building of Primary Care Networks to strengthen care delivery and improve patient health outcomes. Key responsibilities are:
- Drive strategic planning, development and implementation of new initiatives to strengthen PCNs\xe2\x80\x99 capabilities in team-based care, administration, digitalisation and corporate governance
- Lead regular engagements with PCN leaders to identify and address PCNs\xe2\x80\x99 operational challenges and support service planning
- Lead strategic engagements with PCN leaders and key stakeholders to develop and drive collaborative initiatives to strengthen care provision and improve care outcomes
- Develop engagement strategy to encourage GP clinics to join PCN
- Oversee the functions of PCN programme management which includes quarterly programme review, annual reporting, budgeting and audit
- Oversee the secretariat support for PCN Council
- Lead team to support the PCNs in operationalising ad-hoc emergency response in times of national health crisis
- Minimum 12 years of relevant working experiences, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Experience in managing high value projects and business development
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills (including writing and public speaking)
