Do you have real estate and fund accounting experience, and are you seeking a new job in Singapore? Apex Group is looking for a Real Estate Assistant Manager, and the full-time role comes with an excellent salary and benefits package.

As a Real Estate Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing NAV calculations, financial statements, and other accounting deliverables for real estate funds.

In your first few weeks in this Real Estate fund accounting role, you can expect to:

• Review monthly/quarterly NAV reporting pack, including cash and position reconciliation
• Monitor timely accrual of fees, expenses, and provisions
• Maintain intercompany loan and interest calculations, reconciling monthly
• Oversee client purchase orders, payments, and receipts.

To apply for this role, you will need a degree in accounting with a professional designation such as CPA, CA, ACCA. You will also require the following:

• 4 - 6 years of experience in private equity or real estate fund and property accounting
• Experience reviewing and preparing financial statements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
