RESPONSIBILITIES You will be reporting to the Lead of Real Estate. Working in a team that shares knowledge and supports each other in a non-hierarchical way.Varied job that involves a lot of interaction with landlords, RE agents and internal stakeholders to secure a productive and cost-efficient lease portfolio. Duties and Responsibilities

• Work with Business Units to establish site selection criteria
• Source for new site though direct engagement with landlords and real estate agents
• Conduct site potential analysis and due diligence
• Lease negotiation and work with in-house counsel for the real estate transaction
• Lease management of existing leases
• Financial analysis of portfolio and market data
• Manage and expand network of RE agents
• Handle ad hoc operational issues

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education : min BA in Real Estate or related field
• Min 5 years of relevant real estate experience in leasing
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Demonstrated ability to analysis financial projections and metrics
• Change and Improvement Management skills
