Develop and implement the sector resilience plan to build the capability of the community care sector in managing crisis in long term
Plan the implementation of the Emergency Preparedness Programme and Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) distribution to the community care sector
Advise Community Care Organisations on business continuity plans and solutions
Conduct periodic review of business continuity management and risk analysis of the community care sector, and coordinate with internal and external functions to enhance the sector\xe2\x80\x99s preparedness, response and recovery
Work with internal and external stakeholders to plan and manage operations for the community care sector during emergency scenarios and at peacetime
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
At least 4 - 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or community care
Analytical and meticulous with good interpersonal and written communication skills
Able to work well independently and in a team
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt well to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
