Job Description


  • Drive the planning and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including MOH to conceptualise and create the future Community Care Sector
  • Establish partnerships with relevant stakeholders (within and outside AIC) for data collection, tracking and analysis and to recommend initiatives/ measures to support the needs and development of the Community Care Sector
  • Design and perform regular review of the state of sector
  • Determine impact of AIC\xe2\x80\x99s services and schemes on the Community Care sector providers
  • Identify care services, business, and operating models in community care services that can add value to the Community Care Sector
Job Requirements

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum recognised degree with at least 4 years of experience
  • Analytical and meticulous with good interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Able to work well independently and in a team
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt well to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Demonstrate good knowledge of project management, data collection, reporting and analysis
  • Experience in strategy or policy development, social and/or community care sector will be an advantage
