Drive the planning and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders including MOH to conceptualise and create the future Community Care Sector
Establish partnerships with relevant stakeholders (within and outside AIC) for data collection, tracking and analysis and to recommend initiatives/ measures to support the needs and development of the Community Care Sector
Design and perform regular review of the state of sector
Determine impact of AIC\xe2\x80\x99s services and schemes on the Community Care sector providers
Identify care services, business, and operating models in community care services that can add value to the Community Care Sector
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
Minimum recognised degree with at least 4 years of experience
Analytical and meticulous with good interpersonal and written communication skills
Able to work well independently and in a team
Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt well to a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Demonstrate good knowledge of project management, data collection, reporting and analysis
Experience in strategy or policy development, social and/or community care sector will be an advantage
