Assistant Manager / Senior Associate, Airside Operations Control (ops Development)
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual to be part of the Airside Operations Control team to help develop/chart the strategic direction for optimal operations execution.
You will be the key enabler to design a strategic plan including a detailed roadmap that would further be translated into actions and goals for the operations team to uphold high safety standards, optimise capacity and enhance efficiency. You will play an important role to drive various initiatives to ensure high precision operations and provide a comprehensive guide for the operations team. You will take charge of analysing and visualising the operations data to review the effectiveness of the operations plan in order to continuously improve and enhance it.
You will also have opportunities to collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders, including airlines, government agencies and airport partners to plan for the future operations at Changi Airport.
Requirement:
- Familiarity with airport planning/operations, ground handling operations is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, to be able to put your ideas across to internal and external stakeholders
- Data analytical capabilities and programming know-how will be advantageous
- Motivated team player, able to handle fast-paced projects and adapt to constant changes
- Fast learner with the willingness to contribute to a wide spectrum of operational areas.
