Assistant Manager / Senior Associate, Airside Operations Control
Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual to be part of the Airside Operations Control team to chart new concept of operations as we look to transform Changi\'s Airside Operation command and control.
You will be the key enabler to review, conceptualise and develop new airside concept of operation for Airfield and Flow operations. You will formalise a detailed roadmap that would be translated into actions and goals to achieve high safety standards, optimise capacity and enhance efficiency for the operations team. You will engage and collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders on user\'s requirements to be incorporated in the initiatives and system development to enable the operational team to achieve high precision operations outcome.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with airport planning/operations, ground handling operations is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, to be able to put your ideas across to internal and external stakeholders
- Data analytical capabilities and programming know-how will be advantageous
- Motivated team player, able to handle fast-paced projects and adapt to constant changes
- Fast learner with the willingness to contribute to a wide spectrum of operational areas
