Prepare assigned reports in a timely and accurate manner.
Manage the full computation process and actively participate in the annual manpower budgeting exercise for institution and the Group Operations & Information Technology departments.
Administer and provide support for the annual compensation exercises.
Assist the Assistant Director in generating reports for compensation analysis, Ministry of Health (MOH) salary review exercises, and surveys. Support internal and external HR audits, prepare monthly and yearly accruals for the Finance Department, and manage ad-hoc compensation-related tasks as needed.
Collaborate with various HR and Finance teams to address the compensation requirements of the departments effectively.
Possess relevant expertise in end-to-end salary budgeting processes, data analysis, and generating reports using SAP HRIS. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in MS Excel (including pivot tables and formulas), compensation analysis skills, attention to numerical accuracy, and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Requirements
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in large organizations, preferably with exposure to compensation processes.
Proficient in using SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HRIS.
Skilled in MS Office applications, including Excel (with pivot tables and formulas), Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities, coupled with effective collaboration skills.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Demonstrates excellent time management, a strong sense of accountability, and a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
